We have an in-house Spin Flash Dryer testing facility with a processing capacity of 520 kg/hr, developed for product trials, process development, parameter optimization, and scale-up studies. The facility enables customers to conduct actual product trials before finalizing the commercial Spin Flash Dryer, providing reliable data for equipment sizing and process design. Testing & Trial Capabilities Feed processing capacity: 520 kg/hr, depending on product characteristics and moisture load. Suitable for testing wet cake, paste, slurry, sticky, crystalline, and powdery materials. Optimization of inlet and outlet air temperatures. Optimization of feed rate, rotor speed, drying-air flow, and residence time. Evaluation of final moisture content and product temperature. Assessment of particle size, bulk density, flowability, and powder characteristics. Evaluation of powder recovery through cyclone and bag filter. Determination of specific evaporation capacity and thermal performance. Generation of process data for commercial-scale equipment design. Product Development & Scale-Up The short residence time and intensive mixing in the Spin Flash Dryer allow efficient drying while minimizing thermal exposure of the product.
